Automatic payments

You run your business while payments are made automatically.

A standing order is a free service that can be activated at your nearest branch.

It lets you automate your regular monthly payments through specific payments on a specific date.

You can set up standing orders for a specific period (up to 5 years).

This service will save you a lot of time and make sure your payments are made on time.

If you temporarily do not have enough funds, the standing order is executed from the overdraft to make sure the payment is made.

Methods of automatic payments

Bulk payments

is an improved feature that lets our clients make bulk domestic transfers through a single list that can easily be uploaded to our Business e-banking system. This adds more value to the services for our business clients, saving time and increasing efficiency.

Direct Debit System (CBK format)

The Direct Debit System (DDS) of the Central Bank of Kosovo (CBK) is a payment instrument through which the client authorises their bank, via the company, to debit (withdraw) funds directly from their bank account. This instrument is a standardised and automated method, suitable for periodic and regular payments.
