Prishtina, January 2026 – TEB Bank Kosovo is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Cihan Yilmaz as Managing Director, effective 1 January 2026. Mr. Yilmaz succeeds Mr. Orcun Ozdemir, who will continue to contribute to the bank’s growth as a member of the Board of Directors of TEB Sh.A.

With 19 years of experience in banking and financial services, Mr. Yilmaz brings expertise in strategy, retail/SME banking, digital transformation, risk management, and customer experience.
