TEB Bank's Commitment to Supporting Women in Business.

TEB Bank është e përkushtuar të mbështesë fuqizimin ekonomik të grave dhe zhvillimin e bizneseve të drejtuara nga gratë, within the framework of the WE Finance Code for Women Entrepreneurs, an initiative that aims to close the barriers for women entrepreneurs, led by the Central Bank of Kosovo.

TEB Bank is the first bank in Kosovo to have a program specifically dedicated to women entrepreneurs since 2014, with the aim of supporting entrepreneurs through financial products and services, as well as through various development and educational activities.

Përmes këtij zotimi, banka angazhohet të forcojë rolin e saj në promovimin e grave ndermarrese dhe mbështetjen e ndërmarrjeve mikro, women-led small and medium enterprises (WMSMEs).

Key commitments include:

• Integrating gender equality into the bank's internal policies and practices, including staff training and improving human resources policies
• Developing and promoting financial products dedicated to women entrepreneurs
• Organizing activities, trainings and mentoring programs for women in business
• Implementing special campaigns to promote women in entrepreneurship and increase their access to finance
• Improving the collection and analysis of gender-disaggregated data to better understand client needs
• Collaborating with partners and institutions to expand financial opportunities for women-led businesses

Through these actions, TEB Bank aims to contribute to the development of a more inclusive financial ecosystem and to increasing women's participation in the economy.
