We inform you that the Qafa Branch of Bank TEB Sh.A. in Pristina will be moved to a new location, starting on August 31, 2026.

The new branch address is:
Vicianum Street, Artis Complex, 4 and 5 (Basement), Lagjja Arbëri, Pristina.

This relocation was done in order to provide a more modern and comfortable environment for the realization of banking services for our customers.

In the new branch, customers will be able to perform all banking services, while they will also have available an ATM with 24/7 access for withdrawing and depositing funds. Also, during working hours, ATM services will be accessible to persons with disabilities.

Customers will be able to receive services at the new location starting August 31, 2026.

Branch opening hours:

• Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 16:30
• Services at the physical cash register: 08:30 – 16:00
